The ROMULUS SINGERS

The Romulus Singers was an idea born from the first Altrincham Choral Society tour of Normandy in July 1999.  The Singers are a group who perform mainly a capella sacred and secular music.  With the arrival of Imelda Leah and more recently Jon Henderson as conductor, the choir has developed an enviable reputation.  The repertoire now includes pieces sung in eight different languages, ranging from the sixteenth to the twenty-first centuries.

The Romulus Singers are based in the Hale area of Cheshire.   They have given concerts in many locations in the area, and have travelled further afield to The Fylde Peninsula, Cartmel Priory and Arley Hall.
